What makes your LED light different from regular lights?

Our LED light is the world’s first non-UV sterilising ceiling light. It eliminates over 90% of germs, bacteria, mould, and viruses, while being completely safe.

The manufacturer chooses to ensure users a complete peace of mind when using these lights. It's our commitment to safety, reliability, and trust.

How long can these lights last?

The manufacturer promises a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, which equates to approximately 5.5 years of continuous operation. This significantly exceeds the typical lifespan of standard LED lights, which generally last around 20,000 hours.

The stated lifespan is based on factory-conducted stress tests, where the lights were operated continuously (24/7) without being switched off. To date, the test unit has already surpassed the 50,000-hour mark, demonstrating the product’s exceptional durability and performance under extended use.

Does the light emit any harmful UV rays?

No. All laboratory tests have confirmed that our lights emit rays strictly within the visible light spectrum, ranging from 450nm to 700nm.

In contrast, harmful UV rays, such as UV-C, fall within the 100nm to 280nm range. These wavelengths are known to pose health risks to human eyes and skin.

What are your operating hours?

We operate from 9am to 6pm daily, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

However, we will still respond to you via WhatsApp on these non-working days.

Are your products listed on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopee & Lazada?

No we are not. Reason being the commission charged at these platforms are very high. Furthermore, we have our own delivery fleet so we do not need to tap onto their delivery service to send the products to you.

Choose 'Recessed' if you are installing to a false ceiling. E.g. Living room, bedrooms

Warranty Policy

What is the warranty period for your products?

Our LED lights come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions that are not caused by misuse, improper installation, or physical damage.

What should I do if my product becomes faulty during the warranty period?

If your product is still within the warranty period, simply drop us a message on WhatsApp. Our team will arrange an on-site exchange for you.

Will your team uninstall and reinstall the faulty unit?

We do not provide uninstallation or installation services during the exchange, as our delivery personnel may not be a certified electrician.
