What makes your LED light different from regular lights?
Our LED light is the world’s first non-UV sterilising ceiling light. It eliminates over 90% of germs, bacteria, mould, and viruses, while being completely safe.
All lab tests and certifications for our lights are shared in this site.

The manufacturer chooses to ensure users a complete peace of mind when using these lights. It's our commitment to safety, reliability, and trust.
How long can these lights last?
The manufacturer promises a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, which equates to approximately 5.5 years of continuous operation. A standard LED light generally last up to 20,000 hours.
Does the light emit any harmful UV rays?
No. All laboratory tests have confirmed that our lights emit rays strictly within the visible light spectrum, ranging from 450nm to 700nm.
In contrast, harmful UV rays, such as UV-C, fall within the 100nm to 280nm range. These wavelengths are known to pose health risks to human eyes and skin.

How to choose the correct light fixture for my home?
Choose 'Recessed' if you are installing to a false ceiling.
Choose 'Surface-Mounted' if you are installing directly on the ceiling.
I have issues identifying the correct colour temperature to match my existing lights at home.
Drop us a message on WhatsApp and we can bring other light colour options on the day of delivery / installation so you can decide on the spot.

How do I schedule my delivery or installation?
Our customer service team will contact and confirm your preferred date and time for delivery and/or installation after your purchase.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund you the full amount if you find the light purchased doesn't work for you after a 1 to 1 replacement within the 2 years warranty.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Where do I get my goods replaced if I found manufacturing defects?
If your goods are within the warranty period, drop us a message on WhatApp and our team will be on site to exchange it for you.
However, we do not provide uninstallation and installation as delivery personnel may not be a certified electrician.

What is the warranty period for your products?
Our LED lights come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions that are not caused by misuse, improper installation, or physical damage.
What should I do if my product turns faulty during the warranty period?
If your product is still within the warranty period, simply drop us a message on WhatsApp. Our team will arrange an on-site exchange for you.
Will your team uninstall and reinstall the faulty unit?
Installation and uninstallation services are not covered.
